SYKES, a Concentrix + Webhelp company, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Call Center Agents in Sweden. This is a fantastic entry-level position designed for those with 'No Experience Required' – we provide all the training you need to succeed! As a Part-Time Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly voice of our clients, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll be working remotely from your home within Sweden, connecting with customers over the phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally via phone, email, and/or chat. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. • Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills • Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written) and proficient in English. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. • Strong listening skills and a patient, empathetic approach. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and technologies. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for remote work. • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others. Preferred Qualifications • Previous customer service experience (even informal, e.g., volunteer work, retail, hospitality). • Familiarity with CRM software or similar customer service tools. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. • Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
