As a part of the Career Certified Paid Search team, this role will support multiple business units and industries across Google and Bing search ads, display ads, Demand Side Platforms, and other channels. They will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing campaigns for multiple products with state-specific, national, and international campaigns under the direction of the Director of Paid Search. They will work in conjunction with the team to tackle large-scale initiatives and independently on assigned optimization projects. This is a temporary role, with the opportunity to convert to a full time permanent position depending on business need. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: • Competitive analysis • Keyword research • Ad copy and extension creation • Campaign and ad group setup • Campaign tracking • Campaign optimization • Budget tracking • Assist with reporting • Campaign optimization • A/B & multivariate testing • Support of multiple business units • Other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements: • US-based with 4+ years in a paid search/PPC strategy and execution position, preferably with an ecommerce platform • Ability to conduct robust keyword research and understand the intent behind terms • Direct experience with search and display campaigns, ad groups, and ad creation on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads • Experience working with large monthly and annual budgets • Experience managing bid automation platforms • Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues • Working knowledge of GA4 • Experience analyzing competitive activity • Comfort with multiple bid strategies • Deep understanding of attribution • Familiarity with AdRoll and DSP platforms is a plusSkills Required: • Strong organizational skills • Data and detail-oriented • Ability to work within multiple verticals/industries • Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback on tasks and projects • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency • Ability to communicate across departments and provide articulate and clear asks • Ability to work independently and take direction from team members and project leaders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite of products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)About Career Certified:Career Certified elevates modern education while accelerating success for students in licensed professions.
