Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide information and assistance regarding flight schedules, reservations, and ticket policies
Resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
