Facilitate best practices in student learning and engagement through effective communication and interactive assignments. Utilize the LMS for course administration, including updates, exams, grades, and tracking participation. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Maintain communication with program leadership and faculty team, participating in course meetings. Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in online education. Requirements Master's degree in nursing from a nationally accredited institution for undergraduate-level teaching. Appropriate level graduate degree in nursing or related field for graduate-level teaching, with a master's in nursing if the terminal degree is in a related field. Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent part-time online asynchronous teaching experience in higher education. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard. Proficiency with multimedia tools and educational technologies. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage course and time effectively. Active RN license in Massachusetts. Nice-to-haves National Certification in Online Learning (e.g., Quality Matters, Online Learning Consortium).
