Music Industry Virtual Assistant - Administrative & Marketing Support

In this role, you will offer a variety of services and often act as a key point of contact, potentially overseeing other virtual assistants as needed. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including:
Social media management
Schedule and calendar coordination
Booking engagements
Managing inbound/outbound marketing
Tracking expenses and paying bills
Website management
Blog and content creation
Travel planning and booking
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Utilize technology across Windows and Mac platforms effectively
Multi-task and manage various responsibilities with a strong work ethic
Core Skills
Experience or knowledge of support functions within the music, entertainment, or related industries
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in social media, web design, and content creation
Ability to manage marketing efforts and track expenses
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Specialized Skills
Marketing and web design expertise
IT support and web maintenance experience (e.g., Wordpress, SquareSpace)
Familiarity with internet marketing, including email and forum management
Working Conditions
A dedicated workstation with minimal distractions
Access to babysitting services if needed for focused work periods
