Have you worked with agencies before and know how to collaborate under tight deadlines and high expectations? We’re especially looking to expand our freelance network in South America and are seeking seasoned motion designers to join our growing freelance roster and collaborate with a dynamic, international team on impactful projects. We value creativity, expertise, and collaboration, and we’re especially looking for designers who bring years of experience working in fast-paced agency environments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and push the boundaries of motion design. Engagements vary, with many projects requiring full-time availability. What You Bring Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio you’re proud of and a clear explanation of your role in each projectExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools such as Sketch and FigmaStrong organizational skills to manage files and collaborate effectivelyA curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and a love for storytelling through animationClear communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to jump in at any stage of a project and the ability to work across time zones with a remote team What You'll Do Collaborate with a diverse, global team to create a variety of content and interactive experiences – from UI animations to storyboards, motion graphics, and 3DThink strategically, applying your animation skills to solve creative problems in a collaborative environmentWork closely with design and development partners to create engaging motion across all screensBe passionate about motion design and digital cultureProduce high-quality work and be a great team player Apply to this Job
