Description Seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team for On-site Marketing individual for our thriving Medical Spa, to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities, leads and social media campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. A successful Marketing individual must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business. • Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies • Supporting leadership in overseeing the department’s operations • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Requirements • Proven experience as Marketing individual or similar role in our industry • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods • Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) • Knowledge of Design and creative Tools - Canva, Adobe Suite Tool knowledge is a Must. • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Creativity and commercial awareness • A team player with a customer-oriented approach • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field Responsibilities • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies to increase our online presence. • Drive customer engagement through social media channels • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of social media • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and potential customers in a timely and professional manner on all platforms. • Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain existing ones • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses • Follow and implementing legal communication guidelines, policies and standards for social media • Create marketing content for products and services for Social Media and Website. • Add/Update Website Content UI. • Create and Manage Social Media Ads from Facebook, Google and any other supported platform. • Management and implement All leads from the marketing campaigns and agencies. • * Please NOTE: This is an ON-PREMISE Position. No Remote Work or Work From Home permitted.
