Document customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with other Amazon teams to resolve complex issues
Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazons products, services, and policies
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers and typing skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications in customer service are a plus
