As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Document interactions and resolutions in the company?s CRM system.
? Provide information about products, services, and order status updates.
? Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.
? Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon?s services, policies, and procedures.
? Gather customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements.
Requirements:
? Excellent written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? College degree preferred but not mandatory.
