We're looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our brand's visual identity, creating engaging and high-quality marketing materials across various channels and countries. You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. What you'll do Social Media: Create eye-catching visuals, illustrations, and animations for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Website: Design and update website graphics, landing pages, banners, and other visual assets to support our digital marketing campaigns. Content Marketing: Produce graphics for blog posts, infographics, white papers, case studies, etc. Email Marketing: Design visually appealing email templates and graphics for our newsletters and marketing campaigns. Events: Design event signage, collateral, etc. Sales Enablement: Develop slide decks, one-pagers, and other materials to support the sales team. Brand Management: Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts from start to finish. What you'll bring with you Experience: Approximately 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity. Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects. Familiar with the latest in AI tooling for creatives (Canva). Experience with Figma and/or video editing is a plus. Technical Skills: A solid understanding of design and prepress principles, artworking, typography, color theory, layout, and animation. Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience using project management software (Asana, Monday). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts. Team Player: An enthusiastic attitude with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
