Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
