Virtual Assistant (VA) – Recruiting, Data Entry, and Admin Support
Full-Time • $5/hr starting • Guaranteed raises to $10/hr
We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our growing team for long-term work. This role includes recruiting support, data entry, and general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone professional, reliable, and comfortable representing our company on camera during recruiting activities.
Pay Structure
Starting pay: $5 per hour
Guaranteed $1 raise every 60 days with continued employment and strong performance
Maximum rate: $10 per hour
Work Schedule (Required)
Full-time only: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm PST
This is an exclusive position. You must not hold any other jobs during these hours or while employed in this role. Holding another position will result in termination.
Role Overview
Assist with recruiting by posting jobs, screening applicants, and communicating with candidates
Appear on camera when needed to represent our brand during recruiting or interviews
Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal systems
Conduct online research and maintain organized reports
Handle general virtual assistant and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements (Mandatory)
Professional appearance and confidence on camera when representing our brand
Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for calls and video meetings
Noise-cancelling headset and reliable computer/internet setup
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Clear written and spoken English communication
Must be available exclusively during the required full-time schedule
Nice to Have
Previous recruiting, HR, or VA experience
Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, or project management tools
Customer-facing or interview experience on video calls
