ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our Creative team and produce fast, impactful video ads for our mobile games & apps.
You’ll turn raw materials, app user flows, and creative briefs into high-performing short videos designed for UA channels..
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Video Production
- Edit short, performance-driven videos for UA ads, app store assets, social media, and product showcases.
- Turn app user flows (onboarding, features, problemsolution moments) into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Combine footage, effects, motion graphics, typography, and sound to deliver high-impact videos.
Fast Iteration
- Produce multiple variations quickly to support A/B testing and rapid creative cycles.
- Work closely with Creative Strategists, and UA teams to refine concepts and respond to performance signals.
- Constantly explore new visual directions, transitions, and editing techniques to avoid fatigue and improve performance.
AI-Enhanced Video Editing
- Use AI tools to support assets production, speed up ideation, style exploration, pacing improvements, and asset generation.
- Adopt new AI workflows (AI rotoscoping, auto-captions, layout suggestions, AI cuts, etc.) to increase speed and consistency.
- Recommend useful AI tools to improve team output and streamline production.
Collaboration & Quality Ownership
- Transform creative briefs into polished deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Provide constructive ideas and feedback during creative discussions.
- Ensure videos meet technical requirements, platform specs, and internal quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 1+ year of experience in video editing for apps, mobile content, social media, entertainment, or performance marketing.
- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Experience with or strong willingness to adopt AI tools for editing, ideation, rotoscoping, asset generation, pacing assistance, or workflow automation.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and visual clarity.
- Ability to break down an app user flow and highlight key value points through editing.
- Experience using (or willingness to quickly adopt) AI tools for video editing, ideation, or enhancement.
- A strong visual eyecomposition, motion, timing, typography.
SOFT SKILLS
- Able to work under fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines.
- Strong ownership mindsetdrives tasks to completion with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open to feedback, proactive in asking questions, and comfortable sharing creative ideas.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to upgrade skills (AI tools, new editing techniques, creative trends).
