Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person. • Provide product information and conduct engaging product consultations to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences. • Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers in-person. • In-time, you'll be able to assist in supervising junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base. • Familiarity with presentations is a plus, as well as experience in training other team members. • Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
