Responsibilities
- As part of the AI & Data team, you will leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to help organizations harness the power of their data, driving insights and informed decision-making
- Joining the Technology Assurance team means you will assess and enhance the effectiveness of technology controls, ensuring that systems and processes are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards
- As part of the Banking and Capital Markets (BMC) Technology team, you will focus on delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to the banking and capital markets sectors, helping clients navigate industry challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team: As part of the CRM team, you will work on implementing and optimizing customer relationship management systems, enhancing client engagement and driving business growth through effective customer strategies
- In the Digital Enterprise and Transformation (DET) team, you will support organizations in their digital transformation journeys, leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation
- By joining the Microsoft Dynamics team, you will assist clients in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, enabling them to improve business processes and achieve their strategic goals
- As a member of the Quality Engineering Automation team, you will focus on automating testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications, contributing to efficient development cycles
- In the Oracle team, you will work on implementing and optimizing Oracle solutions for clients, helping them enhance their business operations and achieve greater efficiency through effective data management
- Joining the PEGA team means you will assist clients in leveraging PEGA’s business process management solutions, driving automation and improving operational workflows across various industries
- As part of the Solution Delivery (SAP) team, you will help organizations implement and optimize SAP solutions, enabling them to streamline operations and enhance overall business performance
- In the InsurTech team, you will work on developing and implementing innovative technology solutions for the insurance industry, helping clients enhance their offerings and improve customer experiences
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Management Information Systems or related field with a strong academic record (3.0 GPA or above)
- Proficiency in Java, with a solid knowledge of its ecosystems, a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and skills in python, JavaScript, java, SQL, C#, R, HTML/CSS, Git, Data Visualization Tools, APIs, and cloud based technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, Salesforce
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future
- Project management, teaming, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint) and willingness to learn firm and client specific technologies
- Excellent communication skills and strong written communication skills with business fluency in the English language
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs
- Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations
