What you will be doing: - Monitoring production services, applications and infrastructure - Helping with Production Outage/Escalation process and communication - Triaging & documenting issues in slack channels - Escalating, following up and being lead on issues to resolution - Documenting and researching production issues to tie them to NR or other system alerts - Documenting issue workflow and types - Helping roll out new processes as well as helping enforcing processes - Providing metrics on issue types and tying them to releases or other events where possible - Working in QA on triage feedback, communication, and escalation - Helping with automation of issue escalation where possible You are a good match if you have: - At least 3 years of experience as QA Engineer (automation) - Experience with TypeScript and Python - Experience with AWS services (such as CloudWatch and Lambda) - Ability to quickly adapt and execute efficiently - Very good command of English - Ability to learn quickly - you will be provided with all the help to develop new skills needed for the role - Open to working between 10:00 and 18:00 CET You get extra points for: - Prior SRE experience is not strictly required if you have a solid technical background and a strong ability to grow into the role - Familiarity with tools like New Relic and MUX is a plus, but these can be learned within the team - Experience with MS Copilot (agents and prompting, agentic AI orchestration with copilot)    Why Intive: - We cultivate an environment where innovative ideas and excellence have room to thrive - even with a remote workforce.
