Job Description:
• Drive Technical Adoption: Partner with customers to craft and execute strategies that drive deep integration of AQtive Guard within their infrastructure.
• Lead Strategic Reviews: Facilitate technical discussions and hands-on sessions to demonstrate best practices and ensure customers maximize their security ROI.
• Resolve Complex Challenges: Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, collaborating with engineering to resolve high-stakes security issues.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation through expansion.
• Proactive Support: Anticipate technical challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and drive best practices to optimize performance and security.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a high-touch, customer-facing role (e.g., TAM, Security Architect, or Sales Engineer)
• Deep Security Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, PKI, encryption, and vulnerability management
• Proven Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex technical engagements and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a solid understanding of software architecture
