We are looking for a cool remote Sales Team Leader to join the Algorithmics IT school team for children, with proficiency in Czech!
What we expect from the candidate:
- Fluent knowledge of Czech or Slovak;
- Conversational level of English;
- Experience in B2C sales (preferably in the EdTech sector);
- Understanding of sales stages and funnels;
- A desire to learn, grow, and achieve high results.
What you will do:
- Participate in building a high-performing team;
- Listen to and evaluate the quality of employee conversations;
- Develop and improve scripts and training materials;
- Analyze department performance in CRM;
- Prepare reports;
- Achieve results and meet sales targets together with the team.
