Overview:
Nomad Foods’ Supply Chain portfolio includes a range of strategic initiatives across manufacturing, raw materials, logistics, insourcing, supply continuity, and factory transformation. A number of these programmes require structured project management and programme support services to enable effective delivery in line with approved governance, stage‑gate requirements, and agreed milestones.
This role provides Project Co‑ordination services to support the successful execution of Supply Chain projects. This role will primarily support delivery on an agreed series of projects however services will also align with the broader Supply Chain project community.

The Supply Chain Project Co‑ordinator delivers services by:
Project Documentation & Reporting
- Maintaining accurate project artefacts including POAPs (Plan on a Page), Milestone plans, RAID logs, Status summaries and action trackers
- Preparing inputs for project and programme governance forums, including Steercos, Supply Chain continuity reviews, and factory closure meetings.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the project portfolio.
Supporting assigned Project Manager Consultant
- Delivering defined outputs as agreed tactically with the Project Manager Consultant
- Coordinating sub‑projects and small workstreams aligned to agreed scope.
- Preparing draft materials for review (e.g., reporting updates, risk summaries, milestone variance analyses).
- Handling follow‑ups and action completion tracking with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Project Co‑ordination Services
- Organising and facilitating project meetings as required, ensuring clarity of agenda, pre‑reads, decisions, and follow‑up actions.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of governance documents required for stage gate assurance.
- Maintaining structured documentation repositories in line with programme expectations
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Coordinating across functions including R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, SC GTM, HR, Quality and Technology to gather information and maintain delivery momentum.
- Supporting project teams to understand and comply with governance expectations, templates, and required routines.
Autonomous Delivery
- Delivering the defined outputs independently, applying judgement on how best to structure content, approach tasks, and organise working methods.
- Managing workload and sequencing deliverables to meet agreed timelines.
Support to Broader Portfolio
- Providing ad hoc support to other Supply Chain projects or programmes
