We are a German e-commerce brand selling physical products across Amazon (FBA), Shopify, and other marketplaces. We are looking for a part-time Supply Chain Manager / Demand Planner to help us plan purchase orders, manage inbound shipments, and keep our inventory flowing smoothly across EU & UK.
Hours & setup
- Part-time (15-20hrs per week)
- 100% remote
- Tools we use: Inventory Planner, JTL, Amazon Seller Central (FBA), Shopify, Slack
Your responsibilities:
1) Purchase Orders
- Plan purchase orders (timing & quantities) taking seasonality into account
- Coordinate with suppliers and request/track estimated CRDs
2) Inbound Logistics
- Split order quantities between air / sea freight based on urgency and cost
- Request quotes and book shipments with freight forwarders
- Announce shipments to our 3PL
- Create inbounds in WMS
3) Outbound / Amazon FBA
- Plan FBA direct transfers (quantities, shipment creation)
- Create FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central
- Adjust shipping labels and create FBA orders in WMS
- Manage FBA replenishments across EU & UK warehouses
4) Data Maintenance & Process
- Maintain PO and ETA data in Inventory Planner
- Create and update SOPs
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in supply chain + demand planning for e-commerce (physical goods)
- Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA logistics (shipments, replenishment, EU/UK)
- Comfortable coordinating suppliers, forwarders, and 3PLs (clear written communication)
- Very organized, numbers-driven, and proactive
- Experience with Inventory Planner and/or JTL is a big plus (but not required)
