The Strategic Client Group Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the national accounts strategy and collaborating with various teams to drive platform-level growth and manage investment-related content. Responsibilities - Work alongside SCG Relationship Managers and coordinate with internal groups—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Investments, Operations, Principal Trust Company, and other Principal business lines—to assist national account initiatives, platform strategy, and enterprise coordination - Produce, analyze, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales, platform, and distribution reporting for SCG firms and Relationship Managers, providing insights that support platform positioning, model access, and strategic opportunity identification - Manage and update investment-related content in Seismic. This includes broker/dealer investment updates, approved product lists, and platform-specific materials. These updates ensure field wholesalers have accurate and timely resources for advisor engagement - Apply Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools to identify platform trends, greenspace opportunities, and territory level insights that can be used across SCG, Sales, and Marketing to drive local market activation and growth - Support data integrity within Salesforce by maintaining firms, setting up new firms, and conducting ongoing platform research. Use existing sources and other intelligence tools to validate opportunity pipelines and firm-level attributes - Contribute to special projects, central initiatives, and other responsibilities that advance SCG priorities and support the firm’s growth across the DCIO distribution landscape Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Creative and persuasive marketer with the ability to bring to bear technology and data analytics - Ability to learn systems and applications/databases, including Salesforce - High energy, steadfast passion to succeed, and willingness to give back to the team and community - Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills - Possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all entities - Licenses must be held in conformity with state and federal rules and company standards as detailed in the existing licensing policy. The following licenses need to be acquired within 6 months of hiring: Series 7 and 63 - Investment product and capital markets knowledge preferred Benefits - Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. - Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
