Role Summary
Were looking for a Social Media Manager to fully own our social presence and execute a strategy thats already aligned internally. Youll run daily execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (with TikTok coming soon), while also taking ownership of growth strategy, content operations, analytics, and reporting.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how to grow an agency profile strategically (not just post content), collaborate with a design team, and consistently improve performance through data-driven iteration.
What Youll Own
1) Daily Social Execution (Core)

Plan and publish content daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Repurpose content intelligently across platforms (format + hook + CTA adjustments)

Maintain a consistent brand voice and quality bar
2) Growth Strategy for an Agency Profile
-
Execute and continuously improve our existing strategy for profile growth

Build a scalable system for content production and distribution

Increase reach, engagement, and inbound demand through smart content + community tactics
3) Content Research + Infographic-Led Content

Use Perplexity (or equivalent) for research and topic development
-
Turn research into clear angles, outlines, and high-signal content
-
Work closely with our design team to produce infographics/carousels (especially for LinkedIn/IG)
4) Collaboration with Design (and Basic Design Literacy)

Brief designers clearly: structure, hierarchy, messaging, and layout intent

Understand basic design principles (visual hierarchy, spacing, readability)
-
Provide useful feedback and ensure assets are platform-ready
5) Analytics, Reporting, and Iteration

Track performance across platforms (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth)

Own weekly reporting and insights: what worked, what didnt, and why

Recommend and run experiments (hooks, formats, posting cadence, themes)
Key Deliverables

Daily publishing cadence across LinkedIn/IG/FB (and TikTok soon)

Weekly content plan + production coordination

Weekly performance report + insights + next-week recommendations

A scalable content system (templates, workflows, repurposing, distribution routines)
Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience owning social media for a brand or agency (end-to-end ownership)

Strong understanding of growth strategy for social profiles (especially agency/B2B)

Comfortable executing daily and managing a content pipeline

Strong communication and ability to coordinate with a design team

Analytical mindset: can track metrics, report clearly, and iterate
Strong Advantages (Preferred)

Experience scaling social presence for a marketing agency or dev agency

Comfortable creating or directing infographics/carousels (LinkedIn/IG)

Uses Perplexity (or strong research workflow) to build content angles

TikTok understanding (or willingness to lead the launch playbook)
