About the Role • This is not a content coordinator role. • You’ll own social end-to-end: • Strategy → execution → optimization → measurable growth. • LinkedIn (primary) and Instagram (secondary). • Supporting YouTube repurposing (podcast → short-form clips). • You’ll operate as the in-house expert — building structure where needed, optimizing what exists, and tying engagement directly to business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a social strategy aligned to revenue goals. • Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversions. • Create (and design) high-performing visual content. • Build structured content calendars and campaign roadmaps. • Use analytics dashboards to optimize performance. • Translate engagement into pipeline impact. • Repurpose podcast/video content into social assets. • Operate confidently in a technical / regulated B2B environment. Requirements About YOU • You’re not a generalist marketer, you’re a social growth operator. • You’ve owned social before — not just contributed to it. • You’re obsessed with measurable outcomes. • You understand audience psychology and conversion triggers. • You can clearly explain your content rationale. • You’re strategic — but hands-on when needed. • You’re autonomous and comfortable as the subject-matter expert. About YOUR Work History • You likely have: • Senior-level Social Media Manager experience. • Proven growth in B2B or SaaS environments. • Experience building or rebuilding social from early-stage maturity. • Consistent performance results (not just one viral spike). • Strong design capability (Figma ideal but tool-flexible). • Experience interpreting engagement, reach, CTR, and conversion metrics. • Bonus if you’ve: • Mentored junior marketers. • Worked with global or offshore teams. • Used AI tools responsibly in content workflows.
