The Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate will manage sampling operations, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Sampling Operations: Coordinate initiatives related to sampling to address business needs
- Optimization & Innovation: Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth
- Launching New Locations: Coordinate sampling operations and planning for new locations, ensuring successful and impactful launches
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from supply chain to portfolio, sales and marketing—to develop solutions that drive business success
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that will future-proof our Sampling operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field
- Understanding of supply chain principles, operations and e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking necessary
- Ability to scope problems and map out path to resolve
- Advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience within luxury industry a plus
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI) is highly desirable
