This is a remote position.
- We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
- This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
- Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
- Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
- Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
- Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
- Make submissions to underwriters.
- Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
Requirements
- Must speak and write Romanian fluently
- Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)Must pass background check
- PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
- Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
- Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
- Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
