REMOTE POSITION / FULL TIME Looking for a DC and/or DB third-party retirement plan administrator / TPA. We are a growing TPA firm in Los Angeles. We use DATAIR for pension software and valuations and ASC for documents. College graduate required. Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required. Fully remote position. · Assist with all aspects of retirement plan administration for 401k, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance and Defined Benefit Pension Plans. · Communicate with clients over the phone and through email. · Prepare client invoices. · Track receipt of required documents and forms from clients, and follow up on open items to ensure that we are able to meet filing deadlines on behalf of our clients. · Loan Document preparation. · Participant distribution preparation and communication. · Other duties, as assigned. · Knowledge of: Various recordkeepers (American Funds, Empower, Principal, John Hancock) PenChecks · ERISA / plan documents · IRS Forms 5500,1099-R and 945 · Excel, Word, Adobe, Docu Sign, Outlook · Must be able to understand a balance sheet and reconcile receivables. · Credentials: QKA, QPA, ERPA or similar designations · System: Datair (valuation & tax returns) & ASC (documents) · Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 / year, depending on experience and credentials (QKA, QKC, QPA, CPC) Benefit Conditions: • 60 day wait for health, vision, dental and 12 month wait for 401k Work Location: • Fully Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Retirement Plan Administration / TPA: 5 years (Required) • ERISA: 5 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
