KANINI is seeking a Technical AI Product Manager to build and deploy AI assistants and custom agents that address real business challenges. This hands-on role involves product discovery, prompt engineering, and no-code implementation using various platforms.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve
• Convert needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics
• Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools
• Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations
• Ensure agents follow security, privacy, and data access guidelines
• Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes
Skills
• U.S.-based and able to work across domestic time zones
• 5+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred)
• Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms
• Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows (no heavy coding required)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
