[Remote] Senior B2B Sales Representative

BVS Performance Solutions is seeking a high-performing, results-driven sales professional to accelerate adoption of our AI solution within banks and credit unions nationwide. This role focuses on consultative selling, pipeline development, and revenue growth, engaging executive decision-makers to close new business. Responsibilities • Build and maintain multi-level relationships within the Banks and Credit Unions • Create and manage a successful sales pipeline that meets or exceeds revenue targets • Maintain up to date knowledge of AI trends and applications in financial services • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer and prospect interactions within the BVS CRM • Conduct professional video meetings and demonstrations • Engage and collaborate with appropriate BVS staff Skills • Minimum 3 years executing Consultative sales • Minimum 3 years analyzing and strategizing account potential • Minimum 3 years demonstrating superb written, oral and interpersonal communication skills • Minimum 3 years cold calling to high-level contacts • Minimum 3 years proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and LMS systems • Ideally worked from home for at least 2 years, effectively managing sales via phone and video • Experience with selling products and services into the bank and credit union industries • Ideal position for a former Head of Retail • Bachelor's degree preferred Company Overview • BVS Performance Solutions is a financial services company that offers staff training and online relationship building services.
