EIDLexit is a fast-growing company built on Christian values that helps small business owners resolve their SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) debt. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling consultations, and presenting solutions to prospective clients, serving as the first point of contact in a consultative sales process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally. You are the first voice a prospective client will hear, and you set the tone for the entire experience
- Qualify prospects through structured discovery: confirm business and loan details, individual client goals, and if they’re a fit for our services
- Schedule and confirm consultations, set expectations, and ensure clients are prepared for their meeting
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate data, detailed notes, and clean records
- Follow up with no shows, re-engage unresponsive leads, and maximize show rates
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, warm phone presence
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) and collaborating via Microsoft Teams
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes consistently

- Prior SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required
