Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Phone Sales Representative to join the growing team at Landmark Federal Solutions—a company dedicated to helping businesses successfully navigate and win in the government contracting space. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, educate them on our full-service federal contracting solutions, and guide them toward services that position them to compete and secure government contracts. As a key part of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in introducing businesses to opportunities such as SAM registration, proposal development, compliance support, and contract acquisition strategies—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound and warm calls to business owners and decision-makers to generate new opportunities • Engage prospects through consultative conversations, identifying their readiness for government contracting • Present Landmark’s end-to-end services, including federal registrations, certifications, and proposal development • Educate clients on how our solutions help them become compliant, competitive, and positioned to win contracts • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client trust • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with current contracting opportunities and services • Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients through the onboarding process and addressing questions Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound calling (telemarketing experience preferred) • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to simplify complex services • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activity • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access • High energy, resilience, and ability to handle a high volume of calls • Interest or experience in government contracting, consulting services, or technical sales is a strong plus Pay: $47,551.20 - $57,265.96 per year Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
