Responsibilities
- Conduct financial education sessions for clients, empowering them with knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions
- Communicate with clients over the phone with a mix of inbound and outbound calls to generate sales
- Guide debt consolidation strategies to our clients, evaluating their financial situations and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs, while overcoming objections and closing sales within calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms for debt consolidation on behalf of clients
