Responsibilities
- Impact the development and improvement of chemical processes
- Contribute to product development projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions
Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Chemical Engineering or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance
- Strong technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge in product development and improvement
