This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in real estate and cold calling. This role is split evenly between supporting real estate operations and performing cold calling duties, making it ideal for someone with a versatile skill set and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Real Estate VA (50%):
• Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms.
• Assist with CRM management, ensuring client data and property details are up-to-date.
• Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and client meetings.
• Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Assist with lead generation through online research and outreach.
• Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.
Cold Calling (50%):
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and property owners to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and potential timelines.
• Set appointments for property viewings, meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
• Handle objections and provide information to potential clients in a professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed call and appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on real estate and cold calling.
• Strong understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume calling.
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a real estate agency or related field.
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and prospects.
