Morph is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead external communications and media strategy for our next-generation Layer-2 settlement infrastructure focused on real-world payments and onchain financial adoption. This role will shape Morph’s public voice, manage press relationships, and produce compelling, high-quality written materials that communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic communicator, and relationship-driven PR professional with meaningful experience across fintech, payments, web3, or blockchain infrastructure. This role requires ownership of PR strategy end-to-end, including narrative development, media execution, and reputation management.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead global PR strategy and earned media efforts across fintech, payments, and web3 outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, publications, and industry press
• Plan and execute press releases, announcements, story pitches, and media outreach
• Develop high-quality written content including statements, op-eds, speeches, and interview briefs
• Support executive communications and speaking opportunities
• Coordinate PR timelines with marketing, BD, and ecosystem partners
• Translate complex technical or financial concepts into compelling, accessible narratives- Monitor media environment and manage reputation and crisis response when necessary
Who We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years experience in PR, communications, or media relations (fintech, payments, or blockchain strongly preferred)
• Proven track record securing coverage in top-tier or high-relevance publications- Established network in financial, technology, or web3 media outlets
• Exceptional writing ability with skill in simplifying complex topics into persuasive messaging- Fluent and professional English is required
• Ability to work effectively and responsibly in a remote, global environment
• Ability to operate independently with accountability and strong time managemen
• Experience supporting executives for interviews, panels, and content development
