The Project Manager, Charging will support the needs of the North America Charging Construction team and oversee and facilitate supply chain operations (from acquisition to distribution) by coordinating the distribution of goods through personnel and processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to execute autonomously. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of Tesla's programs, projects, and organization.
Responsibilities
Support the Charging construction team's needs during ongoing projects and develop processes, optimizing charging construction operations
Manage new contractor and supplier onboarding and coordination
Prepare bills and invoices, and manage purchase orders and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Responsible for project data management on internal platforms
Own material logistics and storage organization, ensuring efficient use of material
Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout project duration, and prepare accurate reports for leadership teams
Complete additional tasks and projects, as needed
Requirements
Experience managing complex operations, preferably in cross-functional systems with large numbers of internal and external stakeholders
Proven multitasking and organizational ability in a high-change, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving mentality and the drive to continuously improve processes and programs
Understanding of and experience working with regulatory entities (federal, state, and local) is highly valued
Strategic listener, conscious conversationalist, and effective collaborator with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize work, and execute autonomously to deliver results and meet deadlines
Microsoft suite proficiency including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI

Sr Technical Construction Project Manager - $124,000 - $186,000/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits
