Experience in U.S. P&C insurance operations or agency servicing
Familiarity with agency management systems such as EPIC is an added advantage
Knowledge of policy servicing workflows including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Strong analytical skills for quality monitoring and compliance reviews.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
