Apply OFFSHORE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (FULL-TIME) Fully Remote • Philippines • Maintenance Type Full-time Description ***APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED***     Client:         U.S.-Based Property Management Company Schedule:   Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PST with a 30-minute meal break.                     (11:00 pm to 7:30 am Philippine Standard Time) Salary:        (Up to 1,400 USD/month (based on experience)   About the Company: A privately held real estate investment company engaged in the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of multi-family, retail, and commercial real estate. The Multifamily Maintenance Coordinator will manage administrative tasks and coordinate maintenance orders with tenants. The role will involve 50% maintenance coordination and 50% administrative assistance. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, prioritize, and assign all maintenance requests and work orders to staff and vendors  - Ensure timely completion of all work orders; create daily schedules for maintenance employees  - Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for assigned properties  - Contact contractors and vendors for work performance and bid collection  - Assist managers with property and tenant work order creation as needed  - Respond to inquiries from tenants and maintenance technicians regarding work orders  - Assist in ordering materials and parts for maintenance and repair  - Monitor security cameras and support setup and use of Magic Viewer  - Notify management of all maintenance concerns  - Assist with daily administrative tasks as directed Requirements Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or residential property management with a focus on maintenance coordination, including management of in-house maintenance technicians  - Strong understanding of fundamental maintenance procedures  - Fully proficient in AppFolio (minimum 1 year); must be able to manage the full work order process — including input, follow-up, and closeout — and clearly demonstrate functional knowledge of the platform  - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and track work orders  - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (minimum 1 year)  Benefits:   - 40 hours of paid time off after 90 days of continuous employment, annually - Eligibility to observe Philippine holidays - Discretionary bonuses for exceptional performance Salary Description Up to $2,000 USD Apply View All Jobs Powered by Payroll & HR Software
