We are regularly looking for Omni-Channel Engagement Strategy consultants globally to join our network of independent consultants. Roles & Responsibilities Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Strategists are responsible for developing Omni-channel OR digital health strategies for Health brands. They also provide counsel on the measurement and optimization of digital programs. Key responsibilities include: - Conduct digital landscape assessments - Develop customer journeys - Create data-driven customer profiles - Create integrated multi-channel strategies targeting patients, providers and payers - Create digital strategies - Create points-of-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels - Develop measurement plans and integrated reports - Analyze performance data and make improvement recommendations - Recommend and manage tests and optimization actions - Stay abreast of emerging digital trends Topics We are interested in hearing from independent consultant strategists with expertise in: - Omni-channel customer engagement - Patient engagement and support strategy - HCP engagement strategy - Payer engagement strategy - Digital health strategy Requirements The ideal consultants will be passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. They will be strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Healthcare. They will be thought leaders with a strong service orientation, capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward. Relevant prior experiences include: - Established an independent consulting practice - Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm or client - Track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact - Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health OR planning digital health solutions - Experience working with cross-channel data and analytical tools - Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data - Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports - Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion - Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills - Strong understanding of strategic marketing process - Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
