Deploying mission applications to the Joint Force
Description
The Role
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced with our platform to join our team. As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will be on the front lines supporting implementation teams to strengthen unique partnerships with our client user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new platform use cases, and solve unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as sharing insights directly with team members in our offices. You will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers’ continued success.
Core Responsibilities
• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Develop data integrations, applications, and workflows within the platform, with the help of AI
• Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and surface use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users in developing analytical questions
• Remain current on the latest platform features and capabilities
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and troubleshoot issues with the engineering team
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to the engineering team about product performance
• Consistently communicate product or user issues to the team
What We Value
• Prior hands-on experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms required
• Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience highly preferred
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders highly preferred
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down and demonstrate complex concepts in an accessible manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
