We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to test our landing pages and marketing websites. This role focuses on verifying layout implementation, responsive behavior, cross-browser compatibility, and multilingual versions before releases.
This is a remote full-time freelancer position with long-term collaboration and a stable workload.
Responsibilities
- Test landing pages and marketing websites before release
- Verify layouts against design specifications (Figma)
- Test responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- Verify multilingual versions of pages and localized content
- Check SEO-related elements (meta tags, heading structure) as part of QA
- Test forms, integrations, tracking scripts, and conversion flows
- Identify issues and write clear bug reports
- Maintain basic test documentation (checklists, test cases)
- Communicate with developers, designers, and marketing teams during testing
Requirements
- Understanding of QA processes
- Attention to detail and ability to write clear bug reports
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with cross-browser testing
- Ability to compare layouts with Figma designs
- Experience using browser developer tools (DevTools)
- Basic familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Basic understanding of redirects and internal linking
- English level B2+
Nice to Have
- Experience testing forms or integrations
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (Linear, Jira, Trello)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Basic understanding of web performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
- Interest in test automation
