L1VE GmbH is a fast-growing media and technology company based in NYC & Berlin redefining how the world experiences sports, music, and entertainment. They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support multiple product areas, contribute to features, and collaborate across teams to enhance user experiences and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to features across discovery, playback, onboardin & engagement
- Help translate user needs into clear requirements & acceptance criteria
- Partner with UX to test & iterate on experience flows
- Support product definition for internal tools (e.g. CMS, ecent setup, moderation, analytics)
- Gather feedback from content, production & ops teams to improve workflows
- Help prioritize fixes & enhancements that reduce friction
- Assist with feature readiness for L1VE events & launches
- Help track dependencies & surface risks ahead of go-L1VE
- Participate in post-event reviews & synthesize learnings
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Content, Production, Commercial & Data
- Help keep teams aligned by documenting decisions & next steps
- Act as a connector across teams as priorities shift
- Build product iinstincts by exposure to multiple domains early
- Learn how product decisions are made in a L1VE, partner-facing enviroment
- Gradually take on ownership of defined product areas or initiatives
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in consumer product or a related role
- Strong communicator who can work across disciplines
- Curious, adaptable & comfortable with ambiguity
- Organized & detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
- Energized by learning quickly & taking on new challenges
- Motivated by impact, not title
