The Role in a Nutshell
Bring clarity to the numbers. Strengthen the business behind the scenes.
You will own and strengthen core US finance operations while developing into broader financial reporting and business controlling responsibilities. This role sits at the heart of how we convert transactions into reliable insight and support smarter decisions across the business.
To mention a few, your impact will include:
• Managing recurring billing, supporting collections, and handling billing-related questions
• Processing cash receipts (checks, ACH, wires) and maintaining accurate AR records
• Supporting AP entry, vendor coordination, and expense processing,
• Assisting with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset tracking
• Producing recurring sales reports and KPI insights (bookings, revenue mix, renewals, conversions),
• Delivering ad-hoc financial insights to support Sales and leadership decision-making,
• Sending and administrating contracts via DocuSign, including terminations and renewals,
• Maintaining sales tax exemption documentation and supporting audit and tax preparation processes
• Improving workflows, documentation, and finance processes to increase accuracy, speed, and control
Besides your own team, you will be supported by 80+ Tosi Team Members across the globe. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer Jussi Posti, based in Finland, and work closely with US sales leadership locally.
