Role Overview
KonnectHub is looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s web platforms, digital products, and internal web-based systems.
This role will work across both frontend and backend development, building scalable and secure applications that support marketing, operations, and internal workflows. The developer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing digital solutions while ensuring clean code standards, system reliability, and modern development practices.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in React or Vue, PHP backend development, MySQL database management, API integrations, and automation tools, and can work effectively in a remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and internal web applications.
Build scalable full-stack applications aligned with business and operational needs.
Ensure web solutions are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
Maintain and improve existing systems and digital platforms.
Frontend Development
Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- React or Vue.js frameworks
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web components.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Optimize frontend performance and page loading speed.
Backend Development
Develop server-side logic using PHP.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Design and manage MySQL database structures and queries.
Implement authentication, validation, and secure data handling practices.
API Integration & System Connectivity
Integrate external services such as:
- CRM systems
- Payment gateways
- Analytics platforms
- Third-party APIs
Develop integrations that support data exchange and workflow automation.
Maintain stable connections between internal tools and external platforms.
Internal Tools & Business Automation
Develop internal dashboards and web tools that support departments such as:
- HR
- Operations
- Finance
Automate routine business processes through custom scripts and integrations.
Support internal initiatives related to digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Development Standards & Deployment
Manage source code using Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Follow structured branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Maintain staging and production environments to ensure stable release cycles.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain application stability.
Conduct unit testing and functional testing where applicable.
Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaboration & Product Development
Work closely with design, marketing, and internal teams to deliver digital solutions.
Participate in planning and executing new web features and system improvements.
Provide technical recommendations to enhance user experience and system performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development
- Strong proficiency in:

MySQL
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js)
- Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services
- Familiarity with Git version control systems
- Understanding of modern web architecture and development best practices
