We are an animal health drug distribution company seeking high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives who believe that activity is needed to drive results. That great sales professionals influence behavior, not just process orders.
Veterinary hospitals have many options for purchasing the same products. Success in this role comes from your ability to differentiate value, build relationships, and earn business in a highly competitive marketplace.
What You’ll Do
• Make 40+ outbound calls per day to veterinary hospitals.
• Speak with front desk staff, purchasers, and other decision-makers within veterinary hospitals.
• Influence purchasing decisions — purchasers will want to do business with you.
• Follow up with prospects and customers via phone and email.
• Build rapport quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Accurately document activity, notes, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Manage your pipeline and take full ownership of your results.
• Work independently in a remote, inside sales environment.

• Not a customer service role
• Not an order-entry position
• Not a role requiring constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications
• Animal health experience preferred, either in sales or working in a veterinary hospital.
• Inside sales or phone-based sales experience is a plus.
• Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of success — a winner.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
