**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using a variety of tools and technologies to navigate, research, and review solutions. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support
* Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions, ensuring that customers receive consistent and high-quality support
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
