**Key Responsibilities**
As a Co-op, Customer Experience Design candidate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to support our CXD organization in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various areas of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in market/competitor research, data analysis, ideation, problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, creating business cases, and executive communications/presentation support
* Supporting one of our CXD teams, including Service Recovery, Onboard Brand Experience, Uniform Brand Experience, Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi, and Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback
* Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency within each project
* Developing effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders
* Adapting quickly to new skills and technologies, and prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, and possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
* Be available for three alternating semesters
* Be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
* Have experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
* Demonstrate organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
* Be team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
* Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
* Be proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and have knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience
* Be willing to adapt quickly and learn new skills
* Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

**Co-op Program Outline**
As a Co-op, Customer Experience Design candidate at arenaflex, you'll participate in our Co-op program, which includes:
* Spending three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university
* Example: Spring 2025- working, Summer 2025- school or off, Fall 2025- Work, and Spring 2026- school, Summer 2026-working
* At the end of the program, you'll have one full year experience
