Role Description
The Clinical Educator plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality and staff readiness across the health system. This position is responsible for:
• Leading standardized education
• Onboarding programs
• Knowledge transition processes
• Competency development for assigned service lines
Working collaboratively with clinical leaders, unit educators, and our competency management team, the Clinical Educator ensures:
• Evidence-based practice
• Consistent training delivery
• Continuous professional development across all care sites
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 6 years related experience
• Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
• Current RN License in State of Practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
Requirements
• Remote (must live in ID, OR, AZ, UT or VA)
