Our team is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient service to our passengers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us on this journey. **Responsibilities** As the General Manager of Airport Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading a team of airport operations professionals to deliver exceptional service to our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Directing, managing, and overseeing daily airport operation activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service for passengers and stakeholders. * Assessing and executing appropriate resources to optimize station performance. * Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting station performance. * Establishing relationships through engagement, collaboration, and inclusiveness with internal and external stakeholders. * Coordinating closely with local airport authorities and government agencies to represent the organization's priorities and concerns. * Managing scheduled, off-scheduled, and charter flight operations to meet performance goals. * Acting as liaison between the Company and various organizations. * Evaluating, identifying, and recommending process improvement changes for a dynamic operational environment. * Overseeing, monitoring, and controlling budget and managing overall financial administration. * Leading, motivating, and developing employees to deliver superior customer service. * Assuming responsibility for employee management, including hiring, performance reviews, and training. * Maintaining company standards of safety and security. * Partnering with vendors and contractors. * Preserving integrity and ethical values related to audits, compliance, and regulatory mandates. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience. * 7+ years of airline operations experience or relevant experience. * 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity (preferred). * Knowledge of managing an operating budget (preferred). * Ability to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. * Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards associated with flight operations. * Ability to work cohesively with collective bargaining units. * Demonstrated collaborative ability across departments and with vendors. * Effective conflict resolution skills. * Track record of exceptional supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills. * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). * Valid US driver's license. **Nice-to-haves** While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial in this role: * Experience in managing an operating budget. * Knowledge of airline operations compliance and regulatory standards. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Flexible spending account * Employee assistance program * Pet insurance * Travel perks for employees and their families * Wellness programs * 401(k) program with employer contributions after one year * Discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more **Why join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences to our customers.
