Frontend Developer Needed – JavaScript (React Native)
We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer with strong React Native experience to improve and expand our application.
Project Overview
The app is a content-driven platform that includes:
Video uploads and streaming
Podcasts
Events
Job postings
User profiles (entrepreneurs, investors, general users)
Admin verification system
The application already exists but requires frontend improvements, feature additions, and UI/UX refinements.
Responsibilities
Fix existing frontend bugs and performance issues
Improve UI/UX across all sections
Add new frontend features
Implement real-time messaging system (user-to-user chat)
Implement push notifications (messages, events, job alerts, etc.)
Connect frontend properly to backend APIs
Optimize video rendering and content loading performance
Ensure responsiveness across devices (mobile + web if applicable)
Technical Requirements
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
Advanced experience with React Native
Experience integrating REST APIs
Experience with:
Real-time messaging (WebSockets or Firebase)
Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification)
State management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
