Financial & Estate Planning Consultant – Training & Leadership Track (Remote | Paid 1099)

We are seeking a motivated Financial, Estate & Debt Planning Consultant to join our growing advisory team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them improve their financial stability through debt reduction strategies, financial planning, retirement preparation, and estate planning coordination. This position focuses on education, planning, and long-term solutions, helping clients move from financial stress to clarity, confidence, and legacy protection. What You’ll Do • Assess clients’ full financial picture, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and existing debt • Help clients understand and implement debt reduction and cash-flow improvement strategies • Educate clients on how eliminating debt strengthens long-term wealth and estate planning outcomes • Develop customized strategies for protection, savings, retirement, and legacy transfer • Identify estate planning gaps and educate clients on the role of wills, trusts, beneficiaries, and legacy planning * • Coordinate appropriate solutions through licensed professionals and approved planning tools • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure plans stay aligned as clients’ financial and life circumstances change • Utilize CRM and planning software to manage client relationships and documentation • Stay current on compliance standards, financial regulations, and best practices • Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other financial professionals as part of a coordinated planning approach Training & Support • Structured onboarding and professional training • Education on debt strategies, estate planning concepts, and client conversations • Licensing guidance and exam preparation (state licensing required) • Ongoing mentorship from experienced financial professionals • Access to planning tools, CRM systems, and a collaborative team environment • Clear path for professional growth and leadership development (No prior financial, estate, or debt planning experience required; training provided. Prior experience is a plus.) Qualifications • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Motivated professionals seeking an alternative to traditional corporate career paths and income ceilings • Interest in financial planning, debt reduction, and estate planning • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner • Comfort working in a regulated, compliance-driven environment • Self-motivated with professionalism and follow-through • Experience in financial services, real estate, insurance, client consulting, or related fields is preferred but not required Compensation & Structure • Commission-based compensation (1099 Independent Contractor) • Performance-based income with long-term growth potential • Flexible schedule with remote work capability • Full-time and part-time opportunities available Requirements • Must be 18 years or older • Must pass a background check • Must be able to obtain the required state licensing • Reliable access to a computer or laptop with a webcam for virtual meetings • Must reside in the United States • Must have U.S. work authorization if you are not a legal Resident or Citizen.
